A key part of my success is incorporating effective change management with both my direct team and the E/E creative group. I recognize that changes to brand standards could initially be perceived as limiting creativity, so I focus on shifting the mindset. I encourage the team to see this as an opportunity to be highly creative within the new brand standards, emphasizing that the updated guidelines—such as consistent logos and fonts—would enhance the organization’s overall identity without stifling innovation. By fostering open communication and collaboration, I help the team embrace the change as a positive step forward.


Additionally, I handle all the work in-house, leveraging internal resources and expertise instead of outsourcing. This approach not only streamlined the process but also saved the company substantial money. Through my efforts, I strengthen the brand’s presence in the manufacturing tradeshow and media sectors while reinforcing the company’s commitment to a cohesive and impactful identity. This experience allows me to demonstrate my ability to drive meaningful change, optimize resources, and deliver results that aligned with organizational goals.
